At Eve Atlee & Events, we are dedicated to delivering your orders carefully and efficiently, both locally and internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Local Delivery (Bahrain & GCC Region):
- Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Rates: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on location.
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary based on destination and local customs procedures.
- Standard International Delivery: 5 to 12 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination country.

Eve Atlee & Events is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in the destination country.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link.
If you have not received your package within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Eve.atelee.events@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Re-shipping costs for failed or returned deliveries due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.
